# Get help

> Public help paths for sales, support, sign-in issues, security, privacy, procurement, and service status.

You do not need Console access to find the right support path.

## Sign-in or account access

If you cannot sign in, use the public recovery/reset flow linked from the AtlaSent sign-in page. Do not send passwords, API keys, recovery codes, or other secrets by email.

For additional help, contact `support@atlasent.io` with your company name, work email, a non-sensitive description, and a request/reference ID if one is safe to share.

## Sales / access / pilot

Use the request-access flow on `www.atlasent.io/contact` or email `hello@atlasent.io` for a commercial conversation.

## Security

Report suspected vulnerabilities through Responsible disclosure or `security@atlasent.io`. Do not include exploit secrets or customer data beyond what is necessary to reproduce the issue safely.

## Privacy

Contact `privacy@atlasent.io` for privacy or data-subject matters.

## Procurement / enterprise diligence

Start with [Procurement & diligence](https://docs.atlasent.io/trust/procurement), then use `compliance@atlasent.io` for controlled materials.

## Service availability

See Status before opening a service-availability request.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Never send passwords, API keys, signing material, regulated data, or production payloads through a public contact channel.
